Is it possible to create a rule that knows how to compare 2 periods?

From inquiries I made, I realized that it is not possible to create a rule that compares 2 periods. (For example: if the sales of the phrase, in the last week, are greater than the sales in the week before, and if the Acos in the last week is lower than the Acos in the week before, then raise the bid by X dollars and if not - then lower the bid by X dollars.)
I hope you add this option.
She is very very important.
Because, for example, when I make any change in the amount of the bid, using any rule I have created. I also want the possibility to follow the change that the rule has made, whether it has improved the expression, or whether it has actually detracted from it. For example, if by the rule I lowered the bid because I wanted to further improve the Acos, and as a result the phrase stopped selling completely, I completely lost the profitable phrase I had.
If I want the software to be perfect, and I can be relaxed with the changes I make through it automatically. So I also need to keep track of the changes made - also automatic. And for that I have to be able to compare some parameters that were in the period before the change, to the period after the change.
All the best

We are planning to release a set of enhancements to the Kinetic platform in Q3. I will add this to the list to see if we can fit it into the roadmap. Thank you for the suggestion.

Interesting idea. So you are wanting to mark a timeframe between each update Kinetic makes and use that as a comparison period for current performance? Are you looking to compare the delta i.e Acos is down X% period over period so take action?

exactly like that.
I think this will really make the optimization perfect, and completely automated.
In the current situation, I have to keep track of myself on a daily basis about the changes that have been made.

If the developer team has an intention to add this idea to the software, can we know about it in advance?
